Shipping Limitations (U.S. Only)
At this time, we’re unable to deliver to certain U.S. locations. Please review the list below to ensure your address qualifies for delivery:

- PO Box addresses
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories and remote islands, including but not limited to:
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa

Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery windows are estimates based on normal conditions. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the average shipping times are:
- United States: 10–16 business days
- Europe: 8–10 business days
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. customers: Orders typically clear without additional fees.
For European customers: Depending on your country, local customs, VAT, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, reshipping fees may apply.
