60-Day Return Window

Take your time! You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and completely satisfied with your purchase.

What You Can Return

We gladly accept returns on:

  • Unworn items
  • Unwashed items
  • Items with original tags still attached
  • Items in their original condition

If you tried something on and it wasn’t a match—totally fine. Just keep it clean and undamaged so we can process your return smoothly.

What Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, we can’t accept:

  • Items that have been worn outdoors
  • Items with stains, perfume, or signs of use
  • Final sale items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

We’ll always let you know before you finalize your return.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Tell us whether you prefer a return or an exchange.
  3. We’ll send you all the instructions you need.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund right away.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Processing time varies depending on your bank or payment provider, but usually takes 3–7 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Exchange shipping cost: We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending out your exchange item.
  • Free shipping over $69 applies to original orders only.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’re so sorry! Please reach out to us immediately with a photo, and we’ll fix it right away—no extra steps, no extra stress.
